Terms of Service (CGU) & Legal Notices

Welcome to Corpr. By downloading, accessing, or using the Corpr mobile application (the "App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Legal Notices (Mentions Légales)

In accordance with the French law "Loi pour la Confiance dans l'Économie Numérique" (LCEN), we provide the following legal information:

2. Purpose of the Application

Corpr is a mobile application designed for financial education and simulated portfolio tracking. The App provides access to market data, AI-generated "Analyst Reviews", and tools to create virtual stock portfolios and engage with a community of users.

3. Important Financial Disclaimer

Corpr is strictly an informational and educational tool. We are not a registered broker, financial advisor, or investment firm.

All data, AI summaries, scores, and metrics provided by the App do not constitute, and should not be construed as, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and for your investment decisions. The financial markets involve risk, including the loss of principal. Alexis Pollet and the Corpr App accept no liability for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users referencing information provided within the App.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We use Google Firebase Auth to securely manage authentication.
Conduct: You agree not to use the App to post illegal, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content (especially regarding stock promotion). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Moderation

Corpr allows users to create, post, and share content, such as portfolios, posts, and comments (collectively, "User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). To ensure a safe and welcoming community, we strictly enforce the following policies:

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
Content Filtering: Corpr utilizes automated filtering mechanisms to proactively prevent the publication of objectionable or offensive content. Any attempt to bypass these filters may result in immediate account suspension.
Reporting Mechanism: Users can flag or report any objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the App.
Blocking Users: Users have the ability to block other abusive users, which will hide all of their content from the blocking user's view.
Action on Reports: We are committed to acting on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Upon review, offending content will be removed, and the abusive user who provided the content will be ejected and permanently banned from the platform.

6. Subscriptions and Payments (Premium)

Corpr offers a "Premium" subscription giving access to advanced features.

Transactions: All purchases are securely processed through Apple's App Store (In-App Purchases). We do not collect or store your payment details.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Micro-Entreprise Tax Clause: Subscriptions are billed by a French micro-entreprise. As such, VAT is not applicable according to French law ("TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI"). Prices are listed exclusively of tax.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, website, branding, design, logos, and proprietary algorithms (including the scoring systems) are the exclusive property of Alexis Pollet. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. The financial data provided via AlphaVantage belongs to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the financial data will always be 100% accurate, complete, or real-time. In no event shall the Editor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the App or Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.

10. Updates to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on the Website. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
